1) Download the ‘My Local Pharmacy’ App
You can download the My Local Pharmacy App on the Apple Store and Google Play. It’s free!
2) Enter our Pharmacy ID
You will need to enter the Staveley Pharmacy ID to register on the app which is: NUM0045.
3) Connect with Staveley Pharmacy
Enter your details to register
Once registration is confirmed, you simply enter your repeat medication on the app.
You will only need to enter them manually the first time.
After this, you just need to press the ‘Re-order’ button.
We will let you know via the app when your request has been received, and when it is ready to be collected or delivered.
